VBMF 3K WALK / RUN

BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORS NEEDED

Our goal is to secure 100 walkers / runners and have each participant aim to reach a goal of $250 each in fundraising efforts.

Each participant will pay a $55 registration fee which will include an event t-shirt & water bottle. Everyone will have an initial fundraising goal of $250. 

​

With this goal in mind, we will be able to purchase 1,000 blood pressure monitors for those in need.

Have your t-shirt mailed or pick it up in-person

Arrive on 9/16 by 8:30am for registration

Start walking the 3K at 9am sharp

Join us afterwards for awards, prizes, raffles, free coffee and doughnuts!

Q: Where do I register?

Q: How much is registration?

A: $55 per person

Q: How long is the walk?

A: It's a 3K which is just under 2 miles and should take 40-60 mins to walk

Q: Can I run?

A: Yes, this is a walk / run. There will be a prize for the fastest person to finish

​

Q: What if I don't raise $250?

A: You are not required to raise anything. Some participants will meet the goal, some will exceed the goal and some will raise less than the goal. All fundraising efforts are appreciated!
